Can I Change My E-Visa Application After Being Submitted?

No, you cannot make changes to your Vietnam e-Visa application after it has been submitted. In case you need to change information in your application form once you send us, you need to contact us immediately. You should be mindful that incorrect information may delay your application's processing or even cancellation. Therefore, it is crucial that you carefully check your application form before clicking the “Submit” button. 

When your application has been sent to the Government for review, you cannot modify it. In that case, you have to pay a new charge to submit a new application with the correct information. That means that the Government fee is non-refundable. Visa applicants are advised to apply at least a week before they travel to Vietnam. This ensures they have enough time to deal with such problems and obtain a Vietnam visa in time. 

If you apply for a Vietnam visa online, here are some data you need to input into your application:  

• Your full name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Passport number. This passport needs to be valid for at least 06 months from the date of entry into Vietnam
