What Are The Types Of Vietnam Visas I Can Apply From UAE?

Before traveling to Vietnam, UAE nationals should know that they need to acquire a valid visa to enter the country. UAE passport holders can apply for many different types of visas including Tourist visa and Business visa. Since February 2, 2017, the Vietnam Immigration Department has introduced the Vietnam electronic visa which is applied and issued online. Until now, the most convenient way to get a visa for short trips to Vietnam is by applying for a Vietnam electronic visa. It takes UAE travelers about 20 minutes to complete the visa application online form and pay the visa fee.

The Vietnam electronic visa for UAE citizens is solely valid for the purposes of travel and business activities. It has a validity period of 30 days from the date specified in the application form. Because this is a single-entry visa, UAE travelers are allowed to enter Vietnam once using this type of visa. UAE citizens who wish to visit Vietnam for purposes other than tourism are strongly advised to apply for a regular visa at the nearest Embassy.
