Starting from June 1st, 2022, the Embassy has introduced an appointment scheduling system to address both a shortage of personnel and a growing workload. This change is aimed at enhancing efficiency and maintaining the quality of our services. Here are the key details:

-  Appointments are now mandatory for specific consular services, which include:

• Passport applications
• Visa Exemption Certificate requests
• Tourist Visa applications
• Retrieving results for consular applications without return-result-appointment slips
• Each appointment pertains to a single consular application.

-  To submit your application, please ensure you have the appointment slip, which will be sent to you via email by our system. Kindly arrive at the Embassy on the designated date and time mentioned on your appointment slip. Kindly note that you need to book an appointment before visiting.
